Magento has a built in customer reviews module which, when enabled, will allow your customers to post reviews on the products in your store. This module comes enabled by default and is displayed on each product page. Most themes reciprocate the default theme functionality using tabs on the product page for the product description, product attributes, product tags and product reviews. To view the reviews on your website simply click this tab on your product page.
Managing your Magento Customer Reviews
To manage the customer reviews log into your administrative area and navigate to the reviews section. From the primary navigation menu go to Catalog > Reviews and Ratings > Customer Reviews > All Reviews to view a list of customer reviews on your web store. By default all reviews will be marked as pending until an administrator approves them.
Editing a Magento Customer Review
As an administrator you have the ability to edit, delete, approve and deny customer reviews. When viewing the list of customer reviews within your Magento administrative area you can click on any review to be taken to the edit screen. From here, simply correct the spelling mistakes that you came for and save the review.
